The Mayfield is located in the North Shore area of Blackpool, only a two minute walk from the beach and only a five minute drive to Blackpool town centre. Gynn Square Gardens are a short walk away which has crazy golf on offer plus a gated park for dogs. The guest house was recently refurbished in January 2020 and now offers boutique style accommodation with spacious en suite rooms. All rooms have TVs and tea making facilities.
We offer room only, as we feel this is less restricting for our guests, as they can acquire breakfast at the local cafe all day whenever they wish to. We do offer complimentary snacks and drinks in the hotel, which consist of crisps, biscuits, chocolates, water bottles and juices.

Stunning Rooms
Our bright and spacious rooms are all en suite, with TVs and tea making facilities. We offer family accommodation with a family suite consisting of a double room plus bunkbed room. The top floor is exclusively for a family of four with a double and twin room plus family bathroom. We also offer triple family rooms and beautifully decorated double rooms.
Exceptional Service
We pride ourselves at the Mayfield in offering a very personal service, as it is more like a home stay when compared to some of the larger hotels. We are only a five minute drive from Blackpool town centre, close enough to enjoy its nightlife yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet when needed. The beach is only one block away, so ideal for a family day out, and Gynn Square gardens offers crazy golf and a playground for your children to enjoy.
Dog Friendly
We are dog crazy at the Mayfield and consider them to be our star guests. We always have a water bowl at the front door ready for the end of a long walk, and towels are easily accessible in the entrance for any muddy paws. North Shore beach is only a block away and if our notice board says the tide is in, the gated doggy park at the bottom of the road is a great alternative. Doggy treats are always on hand in reception and we can even dog sit if you just want some adult time.

Blackpool has 7 miles of glorious coastline which is ideal for long walks and the occasional dip in the sea.
